– Giorno 5: alle ore 15:30, nei locali dell’Oratorio del SS. Sacramento, avrà luogo un incontro con i giovani del Liceo delle Scienze Umane. Alle ore 20:45, presso la Chiesa Sant’Antonio Abate, si terrà un momento di catechesi ed a seguire Luce nella Notte.
– Giorno 6: alle ore 10:30, testimonianza di Don Roberto Dichiera presso la Scuola Media Istituto Comprensivo “Barbera” riguardante temi di disagio sociale nell’ambito del mondo giovanile. Alle ore 17:30 presso la Chiesa Madre Santa Messa. Alle ore 20:45, presso la Chiesa Sant’Antonio Abate, Abbracci Gratis.
– Giorno 7: alle ore 11:30 Santa Messa presso la Chiesa Madre. Alle ore 12:30 Don Roberto sarà in diretta su “Viva Voce”, Radio Caccamo Centrale FM Italia. Alle ore 17:00 si terrà un momento di evangelizzazione presso il pub “Kitipigghi”. Alle ore 20:00 Cena di beneficienza con testimonianza presso l’Oratorio del SS. Sacramento in favore della Cittadella Cielo di Frosinone.
Chi è don Roberto Dichiera?
A Santa Maria a Monte, il paesino in provincia di Pisa dove è cresciuto, lo davano ormai per spacciato. Un’adolescenza vissuta all’insegna della ribellione, alla ricerca di emozioni forti: a dodici anni le prime sigarette, i superalcolici a tredici, poi le droghe, per il gusto della sfida e il fascino del proibito. Roberto comincia a vivere in una realtà parallela, fatta di musica tecno, di acidi, di rave-party. Dopo le medie si rifiuta di continuare gli studi, odia i libri ed è insofferente alle regole, vuole solo divertirsi. Si arrangia con lavori occasionali: apprendista parrucchiere, operaio in conceria. Pur di racimolare qualche soldo per sballarsi, arriva perfino a rubare in chiesa. Consumatore e spacciatore, e’ il punto di riferimento per tanti ragazzi che cercano una dose effimera di felicità. E per rendere più tangibile la sua “militanza” si fa anche tatuare il simbolo dell’Insomnia di Ponsacco, locale cult dello sballo, meta preferita per ragazzi di tutta Italia in cerca di divertimento estremo. Droghe, alcol, ragazze con cui consumare notti di sesso e niente altro. Non ha paura di finire male Roberto, nemmeno quando vede una partner occasionale che sta per morire, dopo un trip che lui stesso le ha fornito. Rischia più volte di finire in galera. Al militare continua a drogarsi e a spacciare, sa come eludere i controlli, con la complicità dei commilitoni. Poi arriva l’amore, una ragazza che Roberto vorrebbe iniziare alla sua vita spericolata e che invece riesce a cambiarlo. La incontra in treno, mentre sta tornando dalla caserma, è come un’apparizione. Si frequentano, lui non ha più bisogno di ricorrere a una sostanza per sentirsi vivo e riesce a disintossicarsi, la sua vita cambia. Per amore, seppur distrattamente, controvoglia, comincia ad accompagnare Manuela alla messa. Lentamente si fa strada in lui il desiderio di riavvicinarsi ai sacramenti, alla preghiera, sente il bisogno di confessarsi di nuovo. L’ultima volta nove anni prima, in occasione della Cresima, ricevuta soltanto per compiacere i genitori. Aveva sempre disprezzato i preti e cambiava canale ogni volta che in tv vedeva il papa, aveva persino interrotto la messa di Natale, a diciannove anni, spalancando la porta della chiesa con un calcio. Si era presentato di fronte ai fedeli allibiti in anfibi e gonnellone scozzese, imprecando, per trascinare alcuni coetanei in discoteca. Eppure, inaspettatamente, Roberto si sente chiamato per nome da quel Dio che ha più volte insultato e deriso bestemmiando. A chi gli chiede di spiegare le sensazioni, le emozioni di questa trasformazione risponde sorridendo. Le parole non possono esprimere quello che si prova quando si è toccati dall’amore di Dio, quando una luce indica il cammino e ti guida fuori dal buio. Ma non è stato così indolore rispondere a quella chiamata. Roberto già progettava una famiglia con Manuela e la decisione di prendere i voti è stata difficile, sofferta, ma non poteva e non voleva tirarsi indietro. In seminario entra in contatto con la comunità cattolica Nuovi Orizzonti che opera in tutto il mondo nelle situazioni di grave disagio sociale, a fianco dei più deboli, degli emarginati, dei tossicodipendenti. Roberto non ha dubbi, capisce che il suo posto è lì. La sua missione è in strada. A tanti ragazzi sbandati, soli, schiavi della droga, oggi Don Roberto offre una mano. Li assiste e porta un sorriso, una speranza, una testimonianza. Prima vendeva pasticche e l’illusione di un paradiso artificiale, adesso impartisce la Comunione e diffonde il Vangelo, con la certezza che niente è impossibile a Dio.
